For over 30 years, AdventureServe has provided paid summer ministry positions that challenge leaders to grow and develop as they facilitate Christ-centered Service and Adventure trips.

Our mission is to serve communities by equipping groups and individuals with programs that combine adventure and service to cultivate Christ-centered community and encourage growth through transformational experiences with God, self, others, and nature.

THE PAY

$200/week from ASM

Assisted fundraising to total $3,000

Lead trips no more than 3 weeks in a row

Bird dog reward of $100 gift card

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! In addition to our perks, we provide a paid stipend and support with fundraising to make your experience even more rewarding.
ASM offers staff lodging starting from training and continuing throughout the entire summer. Depending on the trip you're leading each week, you may stay at our base camp or you may be camping alongside your group.
ASM’s base camp is located in Wilmore, Ky, right outside of Lexington. We travel to various State and National Forests, communities, and parks!
Nope! We provide training and certifications that equip you for all of our summer programming. All we ask is to show up with a heart ready for adventure and a love for sharing the Gospel!
We understand that college students and young adults are busier now than ever. We ask that you commit to our training period (May 18th-23rd) and lead trips for one month, although we welcome you to stay the entire summer!
*We ensure that each staff member leads no more than 3 consecutive trips without a break*
