Executive Director
Brice Burton
Brice blends innovation and collaboration to create transformative experiences that draw people to Christ. Originally from Somerset, Kentucky, his background includes adventure guiding, business development, and church planting in Tacoma, Washington.
Brice is a husband to Beka, dad to Blayke, and an avid outdoor adventurer, with notable summits of Mt. Rainier, Mt. Hood, and Mt. Adams. When he’s not exploring the outdoors, you’ll find him cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball team. He’s passionate about restoring AdventureServe’s Base Camp and programs to help participants connect with God in meaningful ways. Big things are ahead for AdventureServe under Brice’s leadership—His contagious energy and big-picture thinking continue to inspire staff, volunteers, and donors alike.

Wilderness Program Manager
Elizabeth Bennett
Elizabeth is passionate about using outdoor adventures to help others grow their relationship with God. Originally from South Georgia, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Recreation from Georgia Southern University.
She combines her love for nature and ministry by creating opportunities for individuals to connect with God, themselves, and others through transformative experiences in the outdoors. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys playing guitar, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, and exploring the outdoors.
Her vision is to inspire deeper faith and Christ-centered community through adventures that foster spiritual growth and a connection to God’s creation.

Service Adventure Program Manager
Mitchell Buttler
Originally from Winder, Georgia, Mitchell became AdventureServe Ministries' Service Adventure Program Manager in January 2023. His background includes youth leadership as Assistant Director of youth at Indian Springs Holiness Camp Meeting and education, teaching Bible and Math at Lanakila Baptist High School in Hawaii.
When he’s not leading impactful service adventures, Mitchell enjoys climbing at the gym and cheering on his favorite football team, the Georgia Bulldogs. His passion for service and faith-based leadership drives him to create meaningful experiences that inspire and empower participants. Through his work with AdventureServe, Mitchell hopes to encourage others to develop a lifelong passion for service and making a difference in God's Kingdom.

Operations Manager
Adam Welp
AdventureServe Ministries’ Operations Manager and resident Hoosier, Adam Welp, hails from rural southern Indiana. A graduate of Asbury University's Adventure Leadership Program, Adam has been a valued member of the AdventureServe team since 2019. His extensive knowledge of the organization is a vital asset, supporting its mission and operations.
