When you book with AdventureServe Ministries, your group can enjoy access to a variety of facilities across our Base Camp (availability based on scheduling). These spaces are thoughtfully designed to support your group’s unique goals, offering opportunities for gathering, reflection, and outdoor fun.

Outdoor Pavilion – Perfect for group meals, activities outside yet under roof, casual hangouts, or worship services.
2 Fire Pit Areas – Gather around the warmth of the fire for stories, worship, or meaningful conversations under the stars.
Covered Bridge with Seating – A charming spot for quiet reflection, prayer, or small group discussions surrounded by trees and the sounds of a gently rolling creek.
Prayer Chapel/Multi Use – A dedicated space for spiritual growth, and small gatherings. Climate controlled.
Great Room – A versatile multi-purpose space ideal for group meetings, workshops, or extra dining. Located upstairs in King Hall
Two Kitchens/Dining Rooms – Equipped to handle your group’s meal needs, whether you're cooking together or hosting catered meals.
The Tab (Large Auditorium Space) – A spacious venue for worship, teaching sessions, or large-group activities.

Sharing meals is a powerful act of community and connection, a theme woven throughout Scripture and central to the ministry of Jesus. At AdventureServe Ministries, we view meals as more than just nourishment—they’re an intentional way to foster hospitality, service, and fellowship.
Flexibility to Fit Your Schedule
One of the unique aspects of our trips is the flexibility we offer in how meals are managed. You can choose the approach that best suits your group’s needs and goals:Prepare Meals Together – Use this opportunity to build teamwork and life skills while enjoying the satisfaction of creating simple, delicious meals as a group. Menu and ingredients are provided by AdventureServe and prepared by you and your group. The cost is roughly $5-$9 per meal per person.
Catered Meals – Prefer to focus solely on your day trip experience? Let us arrange catered meals for your group, so you can relax and enjoy the convenience. Cost determined by your choices of catering options.
Self-Managed Meals – Want complete control? You’re welcome to take charge of all aspects of meal preparation, from planning to cooking. This option allows for total customization based on your group’s preferences.
Your choice of meal option will help shape the overall experience and influence the final cost, allowing you to tailor the experience to your budget and preferences.
