For over 30 years, AdventureServe has provided paid summer ministry positions that challenge leaders to grow and develop as they facilitate Christ-centered Service and Adventure trips.
Our mission is to serve communities by equipping groups and individuals with programs that combine adventure and service to cultivate Christ-centered community and encourage growth through transformational experiences with God, self, others, and nature.

Wilderness Adventure Trip Leader:
Lead and guide groups and individuals on outdoor wilderness adventures, including activities like climbing, hiking, canoeing, caving, and repelling, while ensuring safety. Help participants step out of their comfort zones and engage in spiritual development through devotions, worship, and practical life skills. Help Oversee creation care service projects such as river clean-ups, trail maintenance, and environmental stewardship.

Service Adventure Trip Leader:
Lead groups in a variety of activities, including service projects with homeless shelters, foodbanks, equine therapy farms, special needs organizations, etc. You will also help facilitate some wilderness activities, such as climbing, caving, canoeing, hiking, etc. Trip leaders also help participants step out of their comfort zones and engage in their spiritual development through devotions, worship, and teaching practical life skills.
Photo/Video Content Creator:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of campers, staff, and activities. Edit and organize media for easy access and work with the camp director and marketing team to create engaging promotional materials. This role involves creating visually appealing content that highlights camp experiences and supports marketing efforts.
Where
AdventureServe Base Camp is located in Wilmore Kentucky, but we run trips in many different locations around Kentucky and the surrounding states. While on staff, you will spend time on our campus in Wilmore, however most of your time will be spent away from camp facilitating activities.

At AdventureServe, we strive to develop our staff; we want you to grow as much as our participants. As a result, all staff will receive certifications in Wilderness First Aid, CPR, and AED. We also strive to help our staff with skills such as outdoor leadership, thoughtful mentorship, communication, and spiritual growth.
Incentive for You
If you refer a friend to serve with AdventureServe, you can earn a referral bonus of $50 per friend who signs on and works the summer.

We invite those 18 and over who are interested in a potential summer ministry job to join us for a preview of our campus, and our programming! This is an opportunity for you to view our facilities, meet our staff, and see what we do.
